Vaporwave Beats is made by Rarefy Labs LLC ("we"). We designed it to respect your privacy.

The app collects no personal data

The Vaporwave Beats iPad app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. It has no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no account or server backend. Your songs, recordings, and exports stay on your device unless you choose to share them.

Purchases

The optional Pro unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never see your payment details. The app simply checks with Apple whether the Pro unlock has been purchased.

This website

Separately from the app, this website (rarefyaudio.com) may collect:

• Email address - only if you voluntarily submit it to hear about launches and new apps. We use it for that purpose only and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Basic, privacy-respecting analytics - aggregate, non-identifying usage stats (e.g. page views) to understand what's working.

Children

Vaporwave Beats is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
